Since we know how many hours are needed to clean your building, if our employees spend less time than expected, it likely means that some areas were not cleaned properly. That’s why we closely monitor the time our employees spend at your facility.

Customer Service Calls

We have a dedicated Customer Service Specialist whose primary role is to contact and check in with all of our clients, on a monthly basis. We use the feedback to ensure that we are exceeding our clients’ expectations.

Reporting

At Altenti, we issue regular reports. Through our Quality Assurance Programs, we provide printed and emailed reports that provide daily updates on our accounts to ensure we meet your expectations.
